The Instructors Academy is available to Junior (ages 8+), Teen, and Adult students who have reached orange belt. This is a structured leadership program focused on developing future instructors through real, hands-on experience.

Students assist in classes alongside instructors, learning how to guide students, communicate clearly, manage groups, and lead by example. They are trained step-by-step to run classes, support different age groups, and uphold school standards while building confidence and responsibility.

Training is conducted directly with Sensei and follows a clear progression as students advance through phases. Participation requires instructor approval, strong attendance, and a commitment to Friday Academy classes (separated by age group). Students are expected to stay dedicated to the full process of becoming a capable and reliable leader.

The Competition Team is for students who have a strong interest in competing in tournaments and taking their training to a higher level. Practices are held on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month and focus on advanced technique, strategy, and performance under pressure.

This is a demanding program that requires discipline, focus, and a strong work ethic. Team members are expected to represent the school with professionalism and maintain excellent behavior in all classes.

Requirements include being age 11 or older, holding an orange belt rank or higher, participating in in-house tournaments, maintaining strong attendance, demonstrating a positive attitude, and receiving prior instructor approval.
